Another vintage black and white photo of the first Wimbledon White 1965 Mustang Shelby GT350. This one is taken with a model sitting in it for an advertisement. This photo was taken at the Shelby American Los Angeles Airport facility.

Same setup as the last photo, but showing more of the front end of the Shelby GT350. Looks like the exhaust pipes exit just past the rear axle under the car. I wonder if this one has mufflers?

This is a cool overhead shot of the first 1965 Mustang Shelby GT350 built.

Another overhead shot of the first 1965 Mustang Shelby GT-350. Nice! I wonder if this car is still around today?

This is a rare one. It's a real Wimbledon White 1965 Mustang Shelby GT-350. Two things make this shot rare. Only 521 of these were built in 1965. And it's being shown in the rain! I spotted this at the 2009 All Ford show at Uftring Ford in East Peoria, Illinois.

This is kind of a neat shot. Check out the reflection in the parking lot. There are two Wimbledon White 1965 Mustang Shelby GT-350s.

This is a cool shot. I didn't know how cool it was until I got home and reviewed the photos I took. Check out the rain drops half on and half off the stripes. I liked this one so much that it was the cover art for our 2010 Mustang Calendar and the profile shot on our Facebook Fan Page.

Prairie Bronze 1965 Mustang hardtop wearing a set of nice chrome Cragar wheels. Cragar wheels were very popular. Getting a set of chrome rims was the first modification many did to their cars.

We caught up with this gold 1965 Mustang hardtop again at the 2010 Uftring Ford car show. The rear tires on this car stick out way past the fenders. This is the second year I've been to this show and the second time it was overcast and about to rain.
