This Glufstream Aqua color is a Shelby only color for 1970 since Shelby announced stopping Mustang Shelby production in 1969 and the remaining cars in work were finished in 1970 and sold as 1970 models even though they where essentially 1969 models.

Also new to the 1969-70 Shelby was the chrome strip which runs around the the outside of the flat black grille with offset cobra Shelby emblem. These black hood stripes differentiated the 1970 Shelbys from the 1969 models.

The gas cap is behind the spring mounted license plate, thus the instructions on how to mount the license plate on the rear license plate bracket. Also notice the center rectangular rear dual exhaust, this was also new to the 1969-70 Mustang Shelby.
