Kevin James just picked up this 1983 Mustang GT hatchback. Kevin adds, "It will have a 5.0l engine out of an '88 Mustang with GT40 heads, 17" bullitt wheels, H&R lowering springs, and 5 lug conversion with rear disc brakes. The car is all original except for the TSW wheels on it now. It even has the factory vinyl bags for the T-tops. It is a 5-speed. The 5.0l engine in it now has some issues, hence the engine swap."

Kevin sends us updated photos of his 1983 Mustang GT hatchback project. Kevin shares, "I put on a '86 nose cone and 16" pony wheels - 245/50 16 rear and 245/45/16 front. I ordered a pile of new parts; new water pump, Ford Racing 9mm wires, new dist cap and rotor, cold air intake, new battery tray, new motor mounts, timing cover, and Ford Racing engine gasket kit. I am picking up a donor '86 5.0l car for the '86 engine, tank, computer, and 8.8 rear end."
