The engine puts out about 500hp and is a blast to drive! "

It was originally Caspian Blue with a white interior (Blue Appointments). It is now Deep Blue Metallic with a white interior (Black trim). It's original engine was a - 289 V-8 2 bbl. with C-4 trans, and 8-inch rear. It now has a 347 Stroker, Holley
650 Dbl Pmpr, C-4, 8-inch rear with 4 wheel disc brakes, and Magnaflow
dual exhaust.

The LeMans style stripes over the top of the car were optional and was applied by the dealer Sexton Ford Sales Inc. in Moline, Illinois. The hood on a 1965 Shelby is fiberglass.

"I bought this fastback 15 years ago and it was a rusted out mess. My wife and I just finished a total restoration. We did all the work on the car with exception of the engine rebuild. It is a 289 fastback with 4-speed top loader. We have attended six car shows so far and have won four."
