Check out the luggage rack. You could buy ski mounting hardware for this rack as well as a luggage cover. This rack was available for many years as well as a roof top rack. In 1969 and 1970 extra hardware allowed this rack to be removable.

In this sunset view you can see the GT dual Chrome exhaust trumpets thru rear valance. If the exhaust is hanging below this valance, then it might not be a real 66 GT.
