Another awesome shot of Luke's Dandelion Yellow 1968 Rainbow Of Colors Mustang hardtop. It has the 289-2V engine, black standard bucket seats, 2.79 rear end, and a C4 automatic transmission. It was built at the San Jose assembly plant (where all ROC cars were built) on February 23, 1968.

Frank Fulton found this non-production light yellow 1968 Mustang hardtop. When he ordered the Marti report, he found that it was a Dixie Special. These were special painted and emblem-ed Mustangs ordered by dealers in the Mississippi and Louisiana area. See a local advertisement.

Gold 1968 Mustang Shelby GT-350 fastback that was originally ordered by Hertz Rent-a-car. It is one of 223 fastbacks ordered by Hertz in 1968. It has all the Shelby equipment (power disc brakes, power steering, competition handling package, shoulder harnesses, integrated roll bar, deluxe interior, unique console and gages, and tilt / tilt away steering column) plus selected options of an automatic transmission, air conditioning and tinted glass. This car was sold at the Barrett-Jackson auto auction in 2008 Scottsdale Arizona for $92000.
