This Cobra has a couple of extra gauges mounted into a custom dash bezel around the instrument cluster. The two new gauges are an oil pressure gauge and a clock from Auto-Meter.

Here is a detailed shot of the instruments on a base level 1998 Mustang. From left to right you have the fuel gauge, engine coolant temperature, speedometer, tach, alternator voltage level, and engine oil pressure. All the gauges have yellow needles and white and red gauge markings.
