Convertible

The year 1992 marked the lowest production of Mustang Saleens ever, with only 17 units built. These models featured new additions such as Recaro racing seats and 17-inch wheels, with 8-inch wide rims in the front and 9-inch in the rear. The Saleen conversions also included brake, shocks, springs, special strut bearings, urethane sway bar pivot bushings, 170mph speedometer, Hurst shifter, and a body kit. The SC performance model was discontinued, but customers could opt for a Vortech supercharger installation. All the conversions took place at the Long Beach, California facility.
