In 1993, Saleen Autosport kept modifying Mustang LX models that came straight from the Ford Dearborn plant, as per the orders of Ford Dealers. The conversions increased from the previous year. There were also some special models, such as the SC with a more powerful 5.0L engine that was not supercharged. To celebrate Saleen's 10th anniversary of Mustang conversions, they made a few SA-10 models with Vortech superchargers. The SA-10s had a black paint job with yellow highlights.
