Coupe

Convertible

The 2014 Mustang comes in both coupe and convertible body styles, and you can choose between the base level V6 or the GT version with the V8 engine. Some of the significant changes include two new paint colors. Oxford White (YZ) replaces Performance White (HP), and Ruby Red Metallic with a tinted clearcoat (RR) replaces Red Candy Metallic with a tinted clearcoat (RZ). School Bus Yellow paint, which was exclusive to the Boss 302 special model, is no longer available - and neither is the Boss 302 itself. Two new option packages are also available. The FP6 appearance package for the V6 Mustang adds painted black outside door mirror skull caps, painted black rear decklid spoiler, quarter window louvers, and 18-inch painted black aluminum wheels. The FP8 appearance package for the GT Mustang is similar, except it has 19-inch bright machined-aluminum wheels with black painted windows.

Mustang GT
The 2014 Mustang GT comes with the 420hp, all-aluminum block, 5.0 liter, V8 engine; and can be ordered with the Premium GT package which includes leather front seats, MyColor and Track Apps dash instruments, ambient lighting, and metal interior trim accents to name a few. GT option packages include an interior trim color accent package, California Special edition, Brembo Brakes package, GT Track package, and several others.

Shelby
The 2014 Mustang Shelby GT-500 has a 662hp 5.8L supercharged aluminum-block V8 under its vented hood, Brembo 15 inch vented front 6-piston calipers, forged-steel crankshaft, SVT tuned suspension, tuned stainless steel H-pipe exhaust with 3.5" tips, leather seats, leather graphics steering wheel, unique instrument cluster, 19" front and 20" rear premium painted forged-aluminum wheels, HID headlamps, and Le Mans racing stripes to name a few. The Shelby GT-350 returns in both the coupe and convertible body styles.

Mustang Club of America Edition
The 2014 Mustang Club of America Edition continues to be an options package for the V6 Mustang. It includes a dark stainless-painted billet-style grille with offset pony emblem, lower fascia-mounted fog lamps, unique bodyside tape stripes, 18" Sterling Gray Metallic-painted aluminum wheels with P235/50R18 W-rated tires, premium carpeted floor mats with embroidered Mustang Club of America logo, automatic headlamps, and rear decklid spoiler.

California Special
The 2014 Mustang GT/CS is an upgrade package for the GT inspired by the 1968 Mustang GT California Special. Includes unique black billet-style grille, unique lower fascia with fog lamps and air splitter, 19" black-painted machined aluminum wheels with P245/45R19 tires, GT/CS side and hood stripes, black hood vents, unique decklid badge with name in gas cap badge, unique instrument panel finish and door-panel inserts, leather-trimmed front bucket seats with Miko Suede inserts, premium carpeted front floor mats with embroidered logo, rear diffuser-style lower fascia, pedestal rear spoiler, and side scoops.

Cobra Jet
The 2014 Cobra Jet follows the specification of the 2013 Cobra Jet with a Whipple 2.9L supercharged 5.0L V8. Base price begins at $97,000 and limited to 50 vehicles. Three exterior colors available are Gotta Have-It Green, Flat Black, and White. One Race Red Cobra Jet was auctioned to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Hertz Penske GT
A total of 150 Hertz Penske GTs were created to be rented at select US Airports. The came with gold stripes, Boss 302 front splitter, GT500 rear valance, Recaro racing seats, custom floor mats, special door sill plates, Laguna Seca gauge pod, touchscreen infotainment system, GPS, back-up camera, optimized engine ECU, new air intake, four-tailpipe exhaust system, 3.55 rear, upgraded suspension, and Brembo brakes.

Mustang Saleen
The 2014 Mustang Saleen can be applied to either the coupe or convertible body styles. There are three models; White Label, Yellow Label, and Black Label. The base level White Label has the 440hp 302ci 5.0L V8 engine, 6-Speed manual or 6-Speed automatic, and the Saleen 302 Styling Package. The Yellow Label has the 625hp 302ci Supercharged 5.0L V8 engine (SSC). The Black Label has the upgraded Saleen 302 Signature Series body kit and choice of four engines; the 440hp 302ci, the 625hp 302 Supercharged (SSC), a 351 engine, and a 700hp Supercharged 351 (Extreme).
