Another name for the 'Tilt/Tilt-Away' steering wheel was the 'Tilt-Pop' steering wheel. Not only did it tilt up and down, it moved up and right when the door was opened.

John Roessel sent us these photos of this amazing car he used to own. It is a Madagascar Orange 1968 Mustang GT Rainbow Of Colors Edition Mustang fastback. It had it's original S-code 390ci V8 and an automatic transmission. This is our featured
Attitude Of The Week for the week starting September 23, 2012. The Rainbow Of Colors special editions were offered on the west coast for 1968 and 1969.

Here is John with his Madagascar Orange 1968 Mustang GT Rainbow Of Colors Edition fastback. We got an email from the car's present owner and the car is still in great condition.

There were two oranges offered on the ROC (Rainbow Of Colors) cars. The other was Flower Power Red which was a darker more red color.

Here is a close-up of the C-stripes on the side of the ROC Mustang. This is part of the GT package.

Close-up of the rear quarter louvers. The body is very straight.

Check out the blacked out rear taillight panel. The cutouts for the dual exhaust is also part of the GT package.

Here is a cool vintage looking poster of John's Rainbow Of Colors Mustang. It shows nine of the colors offered on the ROC cars; Madagascar Orange, Hot Pink, Dandelion Yellow, Whipped Cream, Sierra Blue, Spanish Gold, Caribbean Coral, Moss Green, and Forest Green.
