Zinc Yellow 2003 Mach 1 Mustang coupe owned by Robert VanAckooy from Hyde Park, New York. Robert tells us more,
"I had someone do a search in May of 2009, and they found this Mach 1 in New Jersey with just over 8,000 miles. This was done through a service station/used car dealer where I have serviced my cars over the past two years. They went down to inspect the Mach 1 and brought it back for me. The car is mint. Like new inside and out. It was like getting a brand new Mach 1, but at a considerable savings. I put over 2,500 miles on the car from June to December. Now, it spends most of the winter in a garage - only coming out on days when the roads are clear of snow and salt. This is my second Mach 1. I had a 1973 Mach 1 when I was young."

Check out this cool overhead shot. The hood scoop is attached to the engine and moves when the engine is rev'ed - a "shaker" hood scoop. It has a 4.6L V8 and a manual transmission.

This black 2003 Mustang SVT Cobra coupe wears a set of Yokahamas ES 100's on the front and rear. All cars look great in black, don't they?

Black 2003 Mustang SVT Cobra coupe, front end view. Have you ever owned a black car? Keeping it shinny takes a lot of work. The paint shows every spec of dust and every scratch in the paint.

Look at the 390hp Supercharged DOHC engine. Modifications include a 2.90 supercharger pulley with a Diablo Tuner, cold air intake, and an Accufab throttle body.

Here is the interior. Nice and clean.

It has a CD changer and Steeda short throw shifter. Nice.

Tom Longerbeam owns this Zinc Yellow 2003 Mustang Mach-1 made from a GT. Tom tells us,
"I bought her used with 17k miles. I have never been able to leave well enough alone, so my 2003 Zinc Yellow Mustang GT Convertible is now a 2003 Zinc Yellow Mustang GT Convertible MACH 1. She has over four pages of well placed modification done, including a Zex wet kit nitrous setup along with other mods to the powertrain. She is pushing over 400 hp!"

Tom added the Mach-1 rear tail light panel. Check out his third brake light. It says Mustang.

Here is the Zex wet kit nitrous setup. There are buttons for purging the lines, heating the bottle, and arming the system.
