Check out this 1972 Mustang ad featuring a yellow 1972 Mach 1 Mustang fastback. It is titled, "Control and balance make a beautiful experience." It shows the Mach-1 in front of a sail boat and a sunset (or sunrise). It goes on to say, "You don't sail a boat just to get across the water. The fun is in the doing. The pleasure of motion under control. Mustang drivers understand that. If all they wanted was to get from here to there, they'd be driving something else. Not a Ford Mustang."
This black 1972 Mustang fastback was on display at the 29th Annual Central Illinois Ford Day Show and Swap June 6th, 2010 in Bloomington, Illinois. It was the only 71-73 body style at the show. This one has a chin spoiler.
This Mustang has some seriously wide tires in the rear.|
