Dark Candy Apple Red 2009 Mustang GT premium coupe with 18 inch polished aluminum wheels, rear spoiler delete, GT appearance package (hood scoop, bright rolled exhaust tips, and Pony emblem engine cover), fog lamps, and a 300hp 4.6L V8 engine. This is the higher of the two GT optioned 2009 Mustangs which comes standard with the fog lamp but not the hood scoop, rear spoiler delete option, or 18 inch aluminum wheels. The 2009 Mustang does although have a 45th anniversary emblem on it just behind the front wheel.

That's one mean looking front view. The hood scoop is part of the GT appearance package option. The GT's come standard with fog lamps.

The dark charcoal leather interior of a 2009 Mustang GT coupe with premium trim package which includes the stitched dash brow cover, center console lid, and door armrests; aluminum pedal covers, and the black solid center seat panels in the dark charcoal seats. Other colors for these deluxe seats include black with parchment, black with dove, black with red, and black with chamois color panel.

Standard with the premium GT (but not on the standard 2009 GT) is the Premium Interior Package which includes the bright shifter knob, leather wrapped steering wheel, message center, polished instrument gauge cluster, satin silver steering wheel spokes with matching door latches, scuff plates, and vent covers. Also standard on the Premium GT (not on the standard GT) is the ambient lighting option which allows selection of several colors for the center console drink holder and floor lighting.

Vista Blue 2009 Mustang GT convertible owned by Dave from Grayling, Michigan. Dave has added a Supercharger which brings it to about 540 horsepower. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week photo for the week starting 1-25-09. This photo looks like it's still on the dealership showroom floor!
Dave's GT came stock with this 300hp normally aspirated 4.6L engine.
Dave has added a Supercharger! This added another 260 horsepower!
Vapor 2009 Shelby GT500 Mustang coupe with Shelby front fascia and grille, Shelby vented hood, black over the top stripe, GT500 side stripe, Shelby 18 by 9.5 inch bright machined aluminum wheels, and rear spoiler. This car has a 5.4 liter, 4V Supercharged, V8 delivering 500hp at 6000rpm and 390ft-lb of maximum torque at 4000rpm. No 45th anniversary emblem on this car, but maybe next year.
Grabber Orange 2009 Shelby GT-500 coupe owned by Fernando Rivera from Caguas, Puerto Rico. It has the white stripes, 5.4L Supercharged V8 engine, and a manual transmission. Fernando adds, "I bought it last April, after a few years search for the right one. I got it from a lady very much in to Mustangs, who for personal reasons had to sell it. The car has 24K miles on it and is used primarily for weekend enjoyment. I would like to keep it as original as possible, no major modifications are planned."
