This is a Laser Red 1998 Mustang GT coupe. Ford offered three different red paints in 1998. This is the darkest, almost a burgundy, of the three.
Let's walk around this Laser Red 1998 Mustang GT coupe. It has special "GT 4.6L" emblems on the front fenders. That's because it has a 4.6L V8 engine under the hood.

This GT has a spoiler on the trunk lid and dual exhaust exiting out under the bumper.
The rear bumper has "Mustang GT" embossed into it.

The GT comes standard with the 4.6L V8 engine. A base level Mustang for 1998 comes with a V6.
The interior is tan in color. This one has the Mach 460 sound system.

The Vehicle Certification Tag (data plate) is located on the rear edge of the driver's side door. It contains all sorts of information as to how this GT left the factory. For example, the exterior paint of E9 is for Laser Red.

Bright Atlantic Blue 1998 Mustang convertible owned by Nathan S. from Bakersfield, California. There were two Atlantic Blue paints offered in 1998. This is the lighter of the two - paint code K7. It has a 3.8L V6 and a manual transmission. Nathan tells us, "I got her in April 2008, funny never realized that it was 10 years sense she was originally bought. The first owner bought her in April of '98 as an end of the year special. There has been only two owners. The original old lady, literally 69 years old, and I."
