The largest Mustang engine offered in 1978 was a 134hp (at 4000rpm), 5.0 liter (302ci), 2 barrel, V8. This car has aftermarket bright chrome Edelbrock air cleaner and valve covers. The horsepower may seem small but the Mustang II coupe was 2600 pounds, down 1000 from 1973 classic Mustang hardtop.
