Take a look at this super clean Dark Jade 1978 Mustang Cobra II hatchback. See the "347" on the hood scoop? It has a 1995 Cobra 5.0 Liter engine under the hood with a 347 Stroker crank. It has run as good as 11.75 in the quarter mile!

Under the hood is a 1995 Cobra 5.0L engine bored 0.40 with 347 Stroker crank, Keith Black I-beam rods, Keith Black pistons, Molly chrome rings, 5 angle valve job, 2.02 stainless intake valves & locks, Comp Cam 532 lift, Scorpion roller rockers, high volume water pump, high out put fuel pump, custom valve covers, Holly 650cfm double pumper carb, and an MSD ignition system.
The interior is white and black. The transmission is also from a 1995 GT 5.0 (T-5) with a Fomoco short throw shifter.

There where three engines offered in 1978. A four, six, and eight cylinder engine. This is the eight cylinder engine.
The interior is nice. It has a floor shift automatic transmission without a center console.
